NuevaLife is concerned and worried about the current situation that our sister Caribbean Nation (Haiti) is going through after the recent earthquake that hit the nation last Tuesday January 12th, 2010.

In June 2011 a group of volunteers from NuevaLife visited communities in extreme poverty in different sectors of Valle del Cauca, Colombia. NuevaLife sent a 40’ container full of donations. All donations were distributed among the poorest of the poor. Members of NuevaLife were present during the distribution of these donations. Some donations like clothes, toys, and shoes went straight to the most affected members of the communities. On the other hand, school supplies, didactic games, medical supplies, household and kitchen supplies, and other community supplies were distributed among schools, poor medical facilities, community centers, and other locations where these items could be
used by many people.
